OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for the Benelux region. Remote role ideally Amsterdam, Netherlands, full-time.

You will lead tailored demonstrations and solution presentations, translating customer requirements into validated designs and compelling proofs of concept. As a core member of Presales, you shorten sales cycles with high-impact demos, maintain demo assets, and collaborate with partners, prospects, and customers to articulate OneStream’s value and future

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of CPM industry experience in technical presales, consulting, or related roles.
• Technical experience with CPM tools (OneStream or similar).
• Background in Finance/Accounting and familiarity with financial modelling.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; able to lead technical discussions confidently.
• Experience guiding customers in evaluating CPM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shorten sales cycle by presenting standard and custom demos to mid- and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
• Assist prospective clients and customers, ensuring satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives; contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Transform complex customer challenges into compelling Proof-of-Concept presentations.
• Create and present high-quality OneStream demonstrations showcasing advanced product features, benefits, and future direction.
• Identify optimal solutions for customer needs and articulate OneStream’s overall value proposition.
• Ensure standard demo environments and materials are current, accurate, and impactful.
• Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and foster trust with stakeholders.
