Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for the Benelux region. This remote role focuses on leading detailed demonstrations and tailored solution presentations to partners, prospects, and customers.

As a core Presales team member, you will translate diverse customer requirements into validated designs and compelling PoCs, accelerating sales cycles with high-impact demos and maintaining high-quality demo assets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CPM industry experience in technical presales, consulting, or related roles.
• Technical experience with CPM tools (OneStream or similar).
• Background in Finance/Accounting and familiarity with business analysis and financial modelling.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to lead technical discussions confidently.

Responsibilities

• Shorten the sales cycle by presenting flawless standard and custom product demos to mid- and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
• Assist prospective clients and customers, ensuring satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced Sales Consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Transform complex customer challenges into compelling Proof-of-Concept presentations.
• Create and present high-quality OneStream demonstrations showcasing advanced product features, benefits, and future direction.
• Identify optimal solutions for customer needs and articulate OneStream’s overall value proposition.
• Ensure standard demo environments and materials are current, accurate, and impactful.
• Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and foster trust with stakeholders.
