Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Digital Solutions Integration Specialist (Benelux) to drive adoption of digital tools in a remote-capable role. You will onboard customers, analyze workflows, train users, and support sales and marketing with demonstrations and events across the Benelux region.

You will lead multi‑site implementations, collaborate with clinical teams, and build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital staff. Travel is >75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, life science or medical field.
• 2+ years of experience in procedural / OR healthcare software.
• 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations.
• Knowledge of EMR/PACS solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers and Intuitive colleagues.
• Perform Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization to meet objectives.
• Educate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+, including onboarding.
• Monitor and drive the digital products utilization by customers and clinical users.
• Drive expansion of the user base by collaborating with hospital staff and thought leaders.
• Test and troubleshoot installed systems and escalate issues to digital support teams.
• Lead training sessions for clinical teams and guide system operation.
• Onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing team members.
• Participate in training and launch of new products or procedures.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams (sales, clinical, support, marketing).
• Support complex customer events with multi-department collaboration.
• Provide guidance on Intuitive Hub usage to clinical and administrative teams.
• Provide feedback to product teams for process improvements.
• Prospect for digital solution expansions and upgrades with the existing customer base.
