Job summary

SoftwareOne’s Cloud Presales Consulting team is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to join the Benelux hub. You will identify, shape, and close strategic opportunities in collaboration with sales, delivery and partners, supporting the full lifecycle from discovery to solution design and proposal development.

In this customer-facing role you will combine senior technical expertise with commercial insight to design AWS cloud, data and AI solutions, help customers modernise infrastructure,

Qualifications

• AWS & multi-cloud design experience including Azure and GCP.
• Data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Knowledge of containers, serverless, data platforms, and cloud security best practices.
• AWS Associate Architect certification (required) and AWS Solutions Architect; AWS ML/Data and Azure or GCP certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Shape opportunities with sales and customers; design tailored AWS cloud, data, and AI solutions.
• Define scope and commercials, support proposals (incl. SOWs), and deliver workshops and demos.
• Support the full sales lifecycle from discovery to close and drive pipeline growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Stay current on AWS, Data, and AI trends to inform solutions.
• Develop reusable collateral and support go-to-market initiatives with sales and marketing teams.
