Job summary

Wypoon Technologies BV is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow GenAI Engineer to evolve the Employee Portal into an AI-first, conversational experience. You will design, test and maintain secure ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Employee Portal/Employee Center and chat-driven employee journeys.

You’ll apply prompt-engineering to LLMs, work in an Agile/DevOps environment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business value for major clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience building and configuring the Employee Portal/Employee Center.
• Proficient in JavaScript within ServiceNow and REST APIs.
• Practical prompt-engineering for LLMs and AI integrations.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Agile/Scrum and DevOps experience; continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, deploy and maintain ServiceNow solutions following platform standards.
• Develop the Employee Portal/Employee Center and related journeys.
• Create conversational experiences and ChatGPT-style employee interactions.
• Apply prompt-engineering, grounding, and guardrails for AI features.
• Build JavaScript-based functionality: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes.
• Configure forms, flows, automations, and REST-based integrations.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, security and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Drive improvements to reduce tickets and improve self-service.
• Ensure secure development practices and platform reliability.
