Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce CRM solutions leveraging FSC and Agentforce.
• Lead end-to-end Legacy-to-Salesforce migration programs including assessment, mapping, ETL, reconciliation, and cutover.
• Architect FSC solutions using Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Person Accounts, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries.
• Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and enterprise middleware.
• Provide technical leadership on Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce best practices.
• Drive AI-powered customer engagement solutions using Agentforce.

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Technical Architect with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, enterprise integrations, and Legacy-to-Salesforce transformation programs. The candidate will lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions.
