Job summary

Rosewood Amsterdam seeks a Senior Sales Manager - MICE to lead the Groups segment, driving profitable business from corporate clients, agencies, destination management companies, and other intermediaries. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage high-value client relationships, and identify opportunities to strengthen revenue performance and market share.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel sales with a focus on Groups & MICE and account management.
• Strong understanding of group pricing, revenue optimization, forecasting and account strategy.
• Established relationships across corporate, MICE, agency and intermediary markets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Groups & MICE segment for Rosewood Amsterdam, driving profitable business from corporate clients, agencies, DMCs, and intermediaries.
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies and account plans aligned with budget objectives and hotel priorities.
• Manage high-value client relationships and convert new opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Sales team members and act as deputy in absence of the Director of Sales.
