Job summary

Rosewood Amsterdam is looking for a Senior Sales Manager – MICE to lead the Groups segment, driving profitable business from corporate clients, meeting and event agencies, destination management companies and other key intermediaries.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will mentor the Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator and Sales Intern, while partnering with Revenue Management, Reservations, Events, F&B, Rooms and Finance to ensure commercially sound proposals and smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Significant luxury hotel sales experience with Groups/MICE.
• Proven track record in account management and conversion.
• Strong relationships within corporate, MICE, agency markets globally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Groups and MICE segment for Rosewood Amsterdam.
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies and account plans.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and intermediaries.
• Coach the Sales team and oversee intern development.
• Own monthly reporting and contribute to forecasting and budgets.
