Job summary

Lucid is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our EMEA team in Amsterdam. You will lead technical demonstrations and pilot programs, bridging complex business problems with elegant Lucid solutions for our largest customers.

You will partner with Enterprise Sales, act as a product SME, and guide ROI-focused workshops. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive, collaborative mindset; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing enterprise role (solutions engineer/consultant).
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills; can command a room or Zoom call.
• Adapts presentation style; pivots from script to discussion to fit the customer.
• Bias toward action; collaborates to make innovative ideas work.
• Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and contributes proactively.
• Genuine alignment with Lucid’s products, mission and learning culture.
• Willing to travel for customer on-sites and industry conferences.
• Location: able to work from Amsterdam office twice weekly (Tue/Thu).

Responsibilities

• Craft and deliver high-impact, tailored technical demonstrations to prospects and enterprise stakeholders.
• Conduct deep technical discovery to uncover client pain points and articulate business value.
• Lead customer pilots and onsite workshops; define success criteria, ROI, and training.
• Serve as SME for internal sales and external customers.
• Translate customer signals into actionable product feedback to influence roadmaps.
• Innovate SE operations by building reusable assets and scaling team impact.
