Job summary

Lucid Software seeks a sharp Solutions Engineer for our EMEA team in Amsterdam. You will bring the Lucidchart and Lucidspark suite to life for large enterprise customers, partnering with Enterprise Sales to lead as the technical bridge between complex business problems and elegant solutions.

As a hands-on, client-facing technologist, you will refine demonstrations, run deep technical discovery, and guide pilots and on-site workshops to prove ROI while aligning with Lucid’s culture and mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Solutions Engineer/consultant/customer-facing role.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills; can command a room or Zoom call.
• Dynamic presenter, adaptable with no rigid script.
• Solution-oriented mindset with collaborative problem-solving.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Genuine alignment with Lucid’s product and learning culture.
• Located to work from Amsterdam office twice a week (Tue & Thu).
• Willingness to travel for customer on-sites and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Craft and deliver high-impact, tailored technical demonstrations for prospects and stakeholders.
• Conduct deep technical discovery to uncover client pain points and articulate business value.
• Lead customer pilots and onsite workshops with clear ROI criteria and training guidance.
• Serve as SME internally for sales and externally for customers.
• Translate customer signals into actionable product feedback for roadmapping.
• Innovate-SE operations, build reusable assets, and scale team impact.
