Senior SaaS Account Executive – HR Tech & Payroll (North)

Job summary

UKG is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth in the North Region. You will sell cloud-based HCM, Workforce Management, and Payroll solutions to mid-to-large organizations, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

The role requires strong multi-stakeholder engagement and a proven track record in SaaS sales. You will collaborate with Business Development, Presales, Marketing and Implementation teams, maintain Salesforce pipelines, and travel across the North

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch & English speaker.
• 5+ years of end-to-end B2B software sales experience.
• Proven success in acquiring new logos and meeting sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and executive engagement skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through strategic outbound prospecting and territory planning.
• Qualify, develop, and convert inbound and outbound opportunities into high-quality pipeline.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders, HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Understand customer business challenges and align UKG's value proposition to their strategic priorities.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate closely with Presales, Marketing, Business Development, Partners, and Implementation teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate opportunity management within Salesforce and drive predictable sales execution.
• Travel as required across the North Region to meet customers, prospects, partners, and attend company events.
