Infoblox is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Analytics to lead a team of analysts in delivering dashboards and insights. You will enable Sales teams to meet targets through people, process, and technology, shaping data-driven strategies in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings a technical background with proven leadership, excels at translating data into actionable insights, and collaborates across Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align sales with

Qualificações

10+ years in strategic sales operations or analytics
5+ years in a leadership role
Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments

Responsabilidades

Create and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales leadership
Perform ad-hoc analyses to inform Sales strategy
Investigate root causes and propose data-supported actions
Use Tableau, Salesforce, and Clari to present data findings
Support data needs for all teams within Worldwide Field Organization
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align Sales strategies with offerings and market positioning
Provide strategic guidance on sales trends and growth opportunities
