Job summary

Entrust Corporation is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to turn data into actionable insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance. Build KPI dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, and drive go-to-market improvements with data-driven recommendations.

You will own data governance across Looker, Tableau, and Power BI, partner with cross-functional teams, and help forecast revenue trajectories while shaping pricing and territory models for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 2–4 years in data analytics, BI, or revenue operations.
• Proficient with Tableau/Power BI/Looker and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards and analytics for core revenue KPIs.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on data needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Define and standardize KPIs aligned with objectives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize go-to-market strategies.
• Support forecasting and scenario planning from historical data.
• Assist in pricing, territory modeling, and customer segmentation.
