Job summary

You will manage dashboards for sales funnel performance, pipeline and revenue forecasting, SIP reporting, and regional analytics across multiple markets, using Salesforce, Tableau, and CRM Analytics. This role offers scope beyond tasks with AI-assisted analytics and cross-functional collaboration to guide resource allocation and deal closure.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in sales operations analytics in a B2B tech, industrial, or energy company.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM Analytics; strong knowledge of AI-assisted analytics.
• Degree in a quantitative or business field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Operations and Strategy dashboard suite across regional markets.
• Serve as the primary analytics resource for the global sales and growth organization.
• Evolve the dashboard suite by identifying gaps and new metrics while ensuring data integrity across Tableau and CRM Analytics.
• Own SIP reporting end-to-end: track attainment, validate plan mechanics, support Finance and HR on reviews.
• Apply AI-assisted analytics to improve the speed and depth of commercial reporting.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, and regional teams to keep data definitions and frameworks current.
