Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a Senior Manager - Product & GTM Enablement to lead and grow our Revenue Enablement function. You will own the enablement strategy, lead a small team, and ensure the entire Revenue organization is equipped to sell, implement, and support DataSnipper with confidence.

You will partner with Product, Product Marketing, and the Revenue org to translate roadmap developments into role-specific enablement, delivering launch enablement and building scalable knowledge infrastructure

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing or leading a team.
• Hands-on experience building enablement programs from scratch including training curricula, playbooks, and launch frameworks.
• 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or a closely adjacent role within B2B SaaS.
• Experience in audit, finance, or accounting technology is a strong plus
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and hold a room across levels of seniority.
• Experience working across global, distributed teams and comfortable working across time zones

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of two Enablement Managers, setting clear goals and providing regular coaching.
• Own the team's roadmap and prioritization, aligning work to high-leverage opportunities across the Revenue organization.
• Design and deliver launch enablement for new product features and capabilities for leaders, managers, and ICs.
• Build and maintain a scalable product knowledge infrastructure including training materials, release notes, and quick-reference guides.
