DataSnipper is seeking a Senior Manager of Product & GTM Enablement to lead the Revenue Enablement function and scale a small team of two Enablement Managers. You will own the enablement strategy and ensure the organization is equipped to sell, implement, and support DataSnipper with confidence.

You will partner with Product, PMM, and the Revenue org to translate roadmap developments into role-specific enablement for leaders, managers, and ICs, while fostering autonomous, fast-paced execution

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement or sales enablement within B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing or leading a team, setting direction and developing people.
• Proven ability to translate roadmaps into field-ready enablement with pace.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and develop a small Enablement team.
• Own the enablement roadmap and prioritize high-leverage work for Revenue.
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate releases into role-specific enablement.
• Design and deliver launch enablement for new features and capabilities.
• Build scalable knowledge infrastructure with training materials and release notes.
• Measure impact of enablement programs with clear metrics and data-driven improvements.
