Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a Technical & Industry Enablement Manager in Amsterdam to empower global revenue teams via technical training, scalable enablement programs, and industry expertise. You will work within a high-growth scale-up context to drive adoption and measurable outcomes across audit and finance use cases.

You’ll design technical enablement content, collaborate across Revenue Enablement, Product, and PMM, and help scale our field readiness with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical enablement or related customer-facing tech roles.
• Experience translating complex product concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on in building training programs and enablement content.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture.
• Ability to synthesize input across Product, PMM, SE, CS into enablement materials.
• Comfort with data to identify performance gaps and measure impact.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Self-starter, collaborative, fast-paced scale-up mindset.
• Experience in audit/finance technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Revenue, Product, PMM to ensure technical readiness across enablement.
• Design and deliver technical and industry enablement programs.
• Build scalable enablement assets like training workbooks and guides.
• Run discovery and value realization training to drive adoption.
• Develop objection handling for tough conversations with technical audiences.
• Analyze field performance with data-driven insights.
