Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Release Manager to establish a standardized governance for Enterprise Release Management. You will coordinate cross-functional releases across Business Owners, IT teams and external partners to ensure predictable deployments.

You will drive release readiness, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver transparency through structured governance, templates, and documentation, contributing to mature release practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management or Project Management.
• Experience coordinating ERP releases and cross-system dependencies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence release governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Enterprise Release Management processes.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional releases across stakeholders.
• Drive release readiness and governance with Go/No-Go decisions.
• Improve release maturity and documentation in Jira/Confluence.
• Champion continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
