Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Demand Process Manager to own and continuously improve the demand management process across the Enterprise Systems portfolio. You will govern requests, coordinate the complete lifecycle, and maintain high-quality portfolio data in Jira while enabling governance and transparency.

You will collaborate with Business Owners, ERP Consultants, Architects and Delivery teams to drive process improvements, dashboards and KPI reporting that support

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management.
Experience working with Jira (or similar portfolio management tools).
Ability to bring structure to complex processes and guide governance.
Strong collaboration across business and IT to improve processes.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process across the Enterprise Systems domain.
Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle and ensure high-quality portfolio data in Jira.
Facilitate governance and decision-making while clarifying roles and ownership.
Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards and KPI reporting.
Drive process and tooling improvements with scalable governance standards.
