Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum, Netherlands, seeks a Senior ERP Demand Process Manager to own and continuously improve the demand management process across our Enterprise Systems portfolio, ensuring governance and efficient routing of initiatives.

You will collaborate with Business Owners, ERP Consultants, Architects and Delivery teams to enable informed decision-making while avoiding ownership of business priorities, and you will strengthen governance with Jira dashboards and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment.
• Proven experience with Jira and governance processes to support planning and delivery.
• Ability to bring structure to complex processes and guide stakeholders through governance.
• Strong collaboration across business and IT, focusing on process improvement rather than solution ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process across the Enterprise Systems domain.
• Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle and ensure governance and quality portfolio data in Jira.
• Facilitate governance and decision-making with demand review meetings and documented outcomes.
• Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards and KPI reporting to leadership.
• Drive process and tooling improvements for a scalable demand management framework.
