Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum is seeking a Senior Demand Process Manager to own and continuously improve the demand management process across our Enterprise Systems. You will align governance and ensure consistent handling of requests, while guiding stakeholders with clear portfolio data.

Join us to provide transparency through dashboards and KPI reporting, coordinating with Business Owners, ERP Consultants, and Delivery teams to drive scalable improvements in processes and tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management.
• Experience with Jira or similar portfolio tools.
• Ability to structure complex processes and guide governance.
• Collaborates across business and IT; not responsible for business priorities or solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process across the Enterprise Systems domain.
• Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle and governance; maintain portfolio data in Jira.
• Facilitate governance and decision-making without owning business decisions.
• Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards, KPI reporting, and demand insights.
• Drive process and tooling improvements to create a scalable governance framework.
