Capgemini is seeking a Release Manager to coordinate releases across Salesforce and Informatica, focusing on planning, tracking, and execution with close collaboration with development, testing, operations, and business teams.

The role involves hands‑on release coordination, stakeholder follow‑up, and ensuring operational stability, including SRE-like duties during deployments. Data migration and CRM release experience is highly desirable.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years in Release Management or Delivery Coordination.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Informatica in release context.
• Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
• CRM environment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end release activities for Salesforce and Informatica.
• Maintain release plans, schedules, and cutover activities.
• Chase inputs and approvals across teams; report status.
• Support production releases and incident coordination.
• Assist data migration and CRM data releases.
• Maintain release documentation and governance artifacts.
