Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP transformations across the Enterprise Systems landscape, coordinating business and technology teams to turn ambitious ideas into value.

You will drive governance, manage budgets and risks, and align internal stakeholders with external partners, delivering projects on time and with clear governance and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering ERP or enterprise systems projects.
• Experience coordinating internal stakeholders with external partners.
• Familiar with Agile and traditional delivery; PRINCE2, PMP or IPMA certs or Scrum Master is a strong plus.
• Able to structure complex programs and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects from initiation through go-live and handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology.
• Facilitate Steering Committees, manage scope, budgets, risks and decisions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage external partners as needed.
• Promote delivery excellence with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
