Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an ERP Application Owner to manage Warehouse Management ERP applications and ensure reliable, efficient operations across a leading European e-commerce business.

You will own the applications throughout their lifecycle, drive incidents and problems to resolution, and collaborate with ERP Consultants and developers on complex topics, while leveraging Dynamics AX 2009 and Dynamics 365 for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Warehouse Management processes in ERP environments.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Familiar with Incident, Problem and Change Management; ITIL is an advantage.
• Able to collaborate with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers and take ownership.
• Interest in AI and automation to improve application operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the lifecycle of Warehouse Management ERP applications, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Own L1/L2 application operations, collaborating with ERP Consultants and Developers on complex L3 topics to ensure business continuity.
• Support operational readiness and solution validation for changes and enhancements.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements for operational excellence.
• Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
