Qualifications

• Masters-level qualification in Food Science & Technology or related fields.
• 6+ years of product development experience in the food industry, preferably sauces.
• Experience working in complex, matrix organizations with international exposure.
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, technically complex projects from concept to execution across multiple functions.
• Translate insights from consumer, customer and market data into growth opportunities for Sauces / Taste Elevation.
• Define and drive the R&D roadmap to enable innovation, productivity, and value creation.
• Coach technologists and raise technical capability across the team.
• Collaborate across categories to align strategy with technology platforms and enablers.
