Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Nijmegen seeks a Senior R&D Transformation Solutions Designer to shape and deliver end-to-end capabilities, combining service design, systems thinking, and program delivery across people, process, and technology.

You will coordinate with multiple functions to implement holistic, adoption-driven solutions while keeping a human-centric focus throughout the transformation journey. This role emphasizes strategic design and hands-on execution in a dynamic R&D environment.

Senior R&D Transformation Solutions Designer drives end‑to‑end (E2E) capability design and transformation across R&D by combining service design, systems thinking, and program delivery.

This role focuses on shaping and delivering solutions that transform the way R&D operates across people, process, and technology, while ensuring a human‑centric, inclusive, and adoption‑driven approach. You will connect strategy to execution by designing holistic solutions and leading or coordinating their implementation across functions.

• Design and optimize end‑to‑end workflows and capabilities across R&D
• Apply service design methodologies to create user‑centered, scalable solutions
• Create service blueprints, journey maps, and other design artifacts to visualize and improve end‑to‑end experiences

• Help ensure alignment with broader transformation strategy and organizational goals
