Qualifications

• Masters-level qualification in Food Science & Technology or related fields.

• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, technically complex projects from concept to execution across multiple functions.
• Translate insights from consumer, customer and market data into growth opportunities for Sauces / Taste Elevation.
• Define and drive the R&D roadmap to enable innovation, productivity, and value creation.
• Coach technologists and raise technical capability across the team.
• Collaborate across categories to align strategy with technology platforms and enablers.

Job DescriptionWe have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior R&D Technologist to make a difference in the R&D organization at Kraft Heinz. This role sits within the EMDM Taste Elevation Product R&D and plays a critical role in shaping the future of Sauces and Condiments. You will operate in a high-performing team and international environment, leading complex initiatives and strengthening collaboration across teams and regions.
