Job summary

You will coordinate with multiple functions to implement holistic, adoption-driven solutions while keeping a human-centric focus throughout the transformation journey. This role emphasizes strategic design and hands-on execution in a dynamic R&D environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in service/solution design, program management, or transformation roles.
• Experience working in cross-functional, complex environments.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
• Knowledge of change management principles and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills across different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end workflows and capabilities across R&D.
• Translate business needs into integrated solutions across people, process, and technology.
• Lead, coordinate or support projects and programs from concept to implementation.
• Drive delivery of digital and non-digital solutions using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
• Balance strategic design with hands-on execution and drive change management and adoption strategies.
