Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Delft, Netherlands seeks a Digital Partner Head for Taste Texture & Health to shape the Digital & Technology strategy for the TTH BU. You will translate business priorities into a compelling digital roadmap and partner with senior leaders across a global organization to drive measurable value.

You will lead large-scale transformations, including ERP and AI initiatives, and balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution within a complex matrix.

Qualifications

• Extensive Digital & Technology leadership experience and business partnership.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of value drivers and end-to-end value chains.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into digital roadmap and execution.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations, especially ERP and digital initiatives.
• Global matrix environment experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Able to influence stakeholders and balance BU vs enterprise priorities.
• Hands-on yet strategic with ability to translate ideas into execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Digital & Technology leader for the TTH BU and partner with senior leaders across a global organization.
• Translate business strategy into a clear digital vision and roadmap, defining technology, data, and platform needs to enable growth and efficiency.
• Take an end-to-end view of the value chain from innovation to go-to-market, identifying where digital, data, and AI can create impact.
• Assess current tech landscape and define target architectures balancing existing capabilities with new solutions.
• Lead and orchestrate the Digital & Tech portfolio aligned with BU needs and global D&T strategy.
• Drive large-scale transformations including ERP and AI initiatives as business transformation programs.
• Collaborate across Global Functions, GOEs, Manufacturing, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and reuse of solutions.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and translate into actionable plans.
