Job summary

Drees & Sommer is seeking a Project Scheduler (f/m/d) for an ambitious semiconductor fabrication plant EPCM project in Europe. You will develop and maintain schedules, coordinate with PM, Engineering, Construction, and external stakeholders, and drive schedule integrity on a highly complex industrial program.

The role requires several years in project scheduling, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and willingness to travel to international construction sites.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in construction-related field.
• Several years of experience in project scheduling, ideally in semiconductor industry.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• PMP certification advantageous but not required.
• Fluent English; German/Dutch/French a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on international sites in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans for a semiconductor EPCM project.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management and external stakeholders.
• Maintain schedule and resource plans, identify critical issues and mitigate.
• Prepare project controls and progress reports, assess deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to the Project Execution Plan using LEAN methods and scheduling risks.
