Job summary

Drees & Sommer Netherlands is seeking an experienced construction leader to drive complex semiconductor projects on international sites. You will oversee execution, safety, and performance across schedule and budget, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Flexible base location in Europe with on-site presence required; travel worldwide is anticipated. Strong English required; German/Dutch/French a bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical/Building Services, Architecture or comparable qualification.
• Extensive senior construction management experience in EPCM industrial/high-tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of international contracts (FIDIC, RIBA, HOA, AHO, VOB).
• Fluent in English; German/Dutch/French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on international sites.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing construction management for the execution and commissioning of a highly complex semiconductor manufacturing facility.
• Full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality and HSE performance during construction, installation and commissioning phases.
• Compliance with local legal requirements including building and construction regulations and occupational safety regulations.
• Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
• Resource and capacity planning to achieve project objectives.
• Regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders and interface for the client on-site.
• Continuous improvement of site processes, workflows and safety culture.
