Job summary

Drees & Sommer Netherlands seeks a dedicated scheduling professional to shape the timeline of a high‑tech semiconductor project. You will develop and maintain project schedules, align with PM, Engineering, Construction Management, and external stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery.

You bring several years of industrial scheduling experience, strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or degree in construction-related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture)
• Several years of scheduling experience in the industrial sector, ideally semiconductor
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• PMP certification or comparable PM qualification is advantageous but not required
• Fluent English, knowledge of German/Dutch/French advantageous
• Willing to travel and work on international construction sites in Europe

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans for a semiconductor manufacturing project within our EPCM Industry Business Unit
• Coordinate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary setup including PM, Engineering, Construction Management and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain schedule and resource plans aligned with project objectives and identify critical issues with mitigation strategies
• Prepare and analyze project controls and progress reports to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Contribute to Project Execution Plan by incorporating scheduling risks/opportunities and support LEAN scheduling control
