Job summary

Drees & Sommer shapes the future of the high‑tech industry with a demanding, on‑site semiconductor project. You will develop and maintain schedules and execution plans within our EPCM team, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management and external stakeholders to align work packages.

The role requires several years in industrial scheduling, strong command of Primavera P6 and MS Project, and willingness to travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree qualification related to the construction industry, such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project scheduling within the industrial sector, ideally in the semiconductor industry
• Strong proficiency in project management and scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6 and MS Project
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or a comparable project management qualification is advantageous but not required
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German, Dutch or French is an advantage
• Full flexibility and willingness to travel and work on international construction sites in Germany and Europe

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans for a semiconductor manufacturing project within our EPCM Industry Business Unit
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management and external stakeholders to define and review work packages
• Develop and maintain schedule and resource plans aligned with project objectives and mitigate critical issues
• Prepare and analyze project controls and progress reports to identify deviations and propose corrective actions
• Contribute to the Project Execution Plan by incorporating scheduling risks and using LEAN methods
