Job summary

Drees & Sommer is seeking a senior construction management leader to oversee EPCM projects in the high‑tech sector. The role requires hands‑on ownership of schedule, cost, quality and HSE, with international site experience and strong leadership.

Based in the EU neighboring country west of Germany, the project is 100% on‑site with potential for travel across Europe. Fluency in English is required; other languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree required in a relevant engineering or architecture discipline.
• Extensive experience in senior construction management roles within EPCM industrial or high‑tech projects.
• Solid understanding of international contract standards (FIDIC, RIBA, HOA, AHO, VOB) and risk management methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction management for execution and commissioning of a complex semiconductor facility.
• Own schedule, cost, quality and HSE during construction, installation and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with local building and safety regulations and manage site teams and subcontractors.
