Job summary

MSIG Europe is seeking a Senior Program Manager – Strategic Transformation to shape and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including post‑merger integration and operating‑model transformation, across Operations, IT and Data. This role sits in the COO Office and partners with senior leaders to drive cross‑country programs.

You will lead complex workstreams, coordinate across geographies, and ensure disciplined delivery while aligning governance, processes and data with the future

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and extensive enterprise transformation experience.
• Background in management consulting or financial services is valued.
• Experience with post-merger integration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMI and operating-model transformation programs.
• Coordinate cross-country workstreams and executive sponsors.
• Ensure governance, benefits delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with COO leadership, IT and Data teams.
