Sia Partners is hiring a Transformation Management (Senior) Consultant in Maastricht. In this role, you will guide organizations through digital transformations and change management projects, ensuring effective engagement and implementation strategies.

You are expected to have a Master’s degree and at least 3 years' experience in a relevant field. Excellent communication skills are crucial, alongside the ability to develop relationships with clients and mentor junior team members.

Competenze

• 1–5 years of professional experience in consulting or transformation roles.
• Experience in delivering change management programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is advantageous.
