Job summary

MSIG Europe in Brussels seeks a Project Manager to drive end-to-end transformation across business and IT. You’ll own multi-year programmes, align strategic objectives with operational delivery, and report to Head of Project Management within Project Portfolio Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and business transformation.
• Knowledge of insurance products and end-to-end insurance processes is a strong advantage.
• Experience with RFP processes and managing external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and represent one large transformation project / programme or multiple smaller initiatives.
• Enable the business in shaping future-state solutions by driving requirements definition, RFP processes and vendor selection.
• Act as an integrator across business, IT and external partners, ensuring alignment with target operating model and architectural principles.
• Ensure transformed processes and solutions comply with governance and control frameworks.
• Drive transparency by communicating progress, risks and dependencies across teams.
• Manage delivery within scope, time and budget with proactive escalation when needed.
• Apply project and transformation management disciplines including RAID, planning, and stakeholder reporting.
