Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Business, Engineering or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience managing complex IT and business transformation programs.
- Recent, hands-on experience leading large-scale data transformation programs.
- Experience with data platforms, migration, governance and BI/analytics transformation.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the integrated program roadmap, milestones and dependencies across workstreams.
- Lead day-to-day program delivery and manage critical paths and sequencing between workstreams.
- Ensure each phase delivers tangible business value before moving forward.
- Lead data transformation initiatives covering data platforms, migration, governance and BI consolidation.
