Job summary

Sia Netherlands is seeking a Transformation Management (Senior) Consultant to lead end-to-end change programmes across strategy, people, and technology. You will guide digital transformations, operating model redesigns, and regulatory-driven change for senior client stakeholders.

You will mentor junior consultants, contribute to methodologies, and build lasting client relationships while driving growth in a dynamic, international environment with offices in Amsterdam and Maastricht.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience, incl. at least 3 years in management consulting or in-house transformation.
• Proven track record delivering change management programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution and benefits realisation.
• Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks tailored to client context and culture.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capability.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables to agreed standards.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support proposal development for new business.
• Represent Sia at industry events, thought-leadership forums, and client workshops.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing day-to-day guidance and feedback.
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets, methodologies, and practice-area toolkits.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives.
