Job summary

Mediq is seeking a senior Program Manager IT to lead end-to-end delivery of major IT programs across Europe. You will connect strategy to execution, align sponsors, IT teams and external partners, and drive measurable business value through phased implementation.

In a matrix organization, you will manage scope, budget and risks while delivering benefits realization and ongoing executive reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years managing complex IT and business change programs.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream, cross-border programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain integrated program plan across all workstreams.
• Lead day-to-day delivery, manage critical path and sequencing.
• Ensure programs deliver tangible business value throughout phases.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost control; safeguard business case.
• Align sponsors and stakeholders across countries and functions.
