Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Senior Project Manager within the PMO Regulatory Compliance team of the SBOPC department. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning Product, Tech, Legal and Tax, translating complex needs into actionable plans aligned with ABU priorities.

Based in the Netherlands with a hybrid work model, you will govern programs end-to-end, manage risks and dependencies, and engage stakeholders up to Director level to drive significant, company-wide change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Project Management Experience; Agile PM background preferred.
• PMP or Agile PM certification is preferred.
• Familiar with change management approaches and the change curve.
• Ability to influence up to Senior Managers and Director level.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent end-to-end (E2E) priority programs from initiation to completion.
• Drive project scoping, planning and documentation with varied teams.
• Track status, risks and dependencies; report to governance groups.
