Booking.com is seeking a Business Operations Manager in Marketplace to design and own the operating system for planning across a 1,500-person department. You will architect quarterly and annual planning, drive governance, and manage dependencies while partnering with FP&A and 11 Track Groups to allocate resources.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant business operations experience in strategic planning, program management, or operational leadership at tech/Marketplace companies.
• Direct people management with 3+ direct reports in high-pressure delivery.
• End-to-end ownership of large-scale planning; design planning systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain repeatable operating models for 1,500 people across 11 Track Groups.
• Design and implement efficient, scalable processes and governance cadences.
• Lead annual, quarterly, and ad hoc planning with cross-functional teams (11 Track Groups and FP&A).
• Manage dependencies across departments and evolve planning into structured portfolio decisions.
• Design measurement, reporting, and data-driven insights for executive decisions.
• Lead a team of 5 direct reports, building a high-performance, collaborative culture.
