Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Program Manager in the CBO Office to lead the SBOPC craft and drive adoption of AI workflows across a 500+ person community. You will align strategy with technical standards, partner with Jira/Confluence teams, and influence executive stakeholders in a fast-moving, global environment.

You will champion scalable AI solutions, coordinate communications and events, and work across multiple departments to raise the bar on program management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience executing complex strategy-to-execution plans in a large, international environment.
• Hands-on AI solution design and deployment using LLMs and related tools.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end events for 100+ attendees and manage multi-channel communications.
• Strong experience coordinating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual SBOPC craft plan and manage community engagement activities.
• Own the AI roadmap for the SBOPC craft and drive adoption of scalable AI workflows.
• Drive adoption of Booking Program Standards across AI solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between the CBO Office PMO and Tech Standards teams to align business requirements with Jira usage.
• Manage relationships with external partners and internal Craft Managers to share best practices.
