Job summary

Blackhawk Network (BHN) Europe seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Netherlands-based Original Content Product team for BeNeFra's multichoice gift cards. You will shape the 1–3–5 year regional product strategy and drive cross-functional delivery.

You will combine customer insights, market trends and analytics to define a compelling product roadmap, mentor a high-performing team and partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management launching and scaling consumer/retail products.
• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager driving growth through customer-centric development.
• Experience leading and developing a team of product managers or specialists.
• Strong experience with data and sales analytics to drive decisions.
• Demonstrated success in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations.
• Experience using agile methodologies and modern product discovery/delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Define regional product vision, strategy and roadmap for BeNeFra multichoice gift cards in close partnership with regional leadership.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of the multichoice gift card portfolio from concept to retirement.
• Drive packaging formats, design, sustainability, and digital/omni-channel experiences.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations and Finance to scope, prioritise and deliver product enhancements.
