European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the Netherlands and Benelux. You will shape how banks, PSPs, merchants and partners promote Wero, driving adoption and engagement across markets. The role embraces a remote-first culture with quarterly in-person meets and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will lead multi‑stakeholder campaigns, build market knowledge, and deliver data‑driven insights to optimise marketing impact and growth across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2C and B2B2C marketing, partner marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns and partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch payments ecosystem and Benelux markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2C and B2B2C marketing and partner initiatives across NL and Benelux.
• Develop partner marketing programmes with banks, PSPs, merchants and ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate campaigns, activations, content and communications with stakeholders.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align cross‑functional teams to strategic goals.
