Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Netherlands-based team responsible for our multichoice gift cards across BeNeFra. You will own the regional product strategy, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.

You will combine customer insight, market trends and strong commercial sense to deliver best-in-class products, ensure regulatory compliance and scale across multiple markets in

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch and business-fluent English.
• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, gifting or retail.
• Experience leading and developing a product team in a matrixed environment.
• Strong data and sales analytics skills to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of multichoice gift card portfolio for BeNeFra.
• Define regional vision, strategy and OKRs; translate into initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech and Finance to deliver go-to-market plans.
