Job summary

European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the Netherlands and Benelux to shape how banks, PSPs, merchants and partners promote Wero. You will lead B2C and B2B2C marketing, drive campaigns, and align activities with rollout milestones in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

The role demands 8+ years in marketing, strong storytelling, data-driven decisions, and fluency in English and Dutch, with experience across Benelux markets and fintech or payments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2C and B2B2C marketing, partner marketing, communications or related commercial marketing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2C and B2B2C marketing and partner marketing across the Netherlands and Benelux.
• Develop and execute partner marketing programmes with banks, PSPs, merchants and ecosystem partners to accelerate awareness and adoption of Wero.
• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, partner activations, content development and communication initiatives targeted at B2C audiences.
• Brief and coordinate creative, media and agency partners to ensure high-quality execution and measurable business impact.
• Develop deep market knowledge and analyse stakeholder sentiment, trends to inform strategic decisions.
