Job summary

Tellent is seeking a senior backend/frontend engineer to join the Platform team. You’ll work across Elixir/Phoenix backend services and frontend React/Angular interfaces, building cross-product capabilities across our talent management suite.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Enablement and other product teams to turn fuzzy enablement ideas into measurable outcomes. Expect 60/40 backend/frontend work, pairing and async collaboration, and ship-ready incremental improvements that move
