Job summary

E Tales is a compact, ambitious digital commerce partner with around 20 employees. We operate independently, but since 2024 we are part of Bunzl Continental Europe Online, providing stability and scale in a lean team.

We seek a senior full stack engineer who designs scalable platforms, guides architecture decisions and writes high-quality, maintainable code with a calm, collaborative approach in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Demonstrable experience with systems and architecture.
• Strong backend skills with a solid frontend baseline.
• Understanding of scalability, performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable solutions for high volumes of users and interactions.
• Think along platform transitions and stack choices.
• Actively contribute to architecture discussions.
• Code reviews at a high level.
• Structurally improve performance and stability.
• Reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead and management on technical direction.
