Job summary

Tellent is seeking a backend-heavy product engineer to turn fuzzy AI ideas into interfaces people actually trust and use. You'll own problems end to end—from shaping and shipping to verifying impact—working with Elixir and an expanding AI stack.

You’ll collaborate across Backend and Frontend Engineers, Design, QA, and DevOps to deliver valuable product improvements, with hybrid or remote options across Amsterdam, Cologne, or Poland and a generous training budget.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with Elixir, or strong backend experience in related languages.
• Experience with TypeScript and Mastra or willingness to learn it.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to prototype and test quickly.
• Interest in AI and hands-on LLM features is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English; Polish is a plus.
